What is MagSafe, and how does it work with the tumbler?

MagSafe is a magnetic mounting technology compatible with Apple devices and accessories. Our tumbler’s MagSafe feature allows you to magnetically mount your device for hands-free convenience.

FOR ANDROID DEVICES or devices without MagSafe technology –– don't worry! Each tumbler comes with a free adhesive magnetic ring that you can stick on your device. Everyone could use a buddi! 

NOTE: For the MagSafe mount to function effectively, your phone, phone case, or other accessories used must be compatible with MagSafe technology.

About the tumbler?

Our buddi tumblers are double-walled insulated water bottles with a built-in handle that is also MagSafe mount –– designed to sustain your drinks' temperature while securely holding your device.

Available sizes?

Our first collection only offers 24oz tumblers. Stay tuned for new sizes in future collections!

Available colors?

As of our first collection, we have 5 colors: 

  1. Arctic (light blue)
  2. Blush (pink)
  3. Chalk (white)
  4. Marine (dark blue)
  5. Onyx (black) – coming soon!

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide to the Philippines. We're working on setting up international shipping soon! 

How long does shipping take?*

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 5-7 business days

*Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier delays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees depend on the quantity of items and your location.

PROMO ALERT! For our first collection, we are giving FREE SHIPPING for orders with a minimum spend of P3,000! 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Payment Methods

We currently accept manual payments through GCash and BPI Bank Transfer. Our account details appear on your order confirmation page (after checkout). You can also find the account numbers and QR codes on our Instagram highlights (@buddi_ph)

IMPORTANT: After payment, please send a screenshot of your payment confirmation page within 24 hrs to buddi.ph@gmail.com with your Order Number and payment option in the subject (Example: Order No. 1000 - BPI Confirmation). 

Bulk Orders

Currently, we’re unable to process orders that exceed our available stock. However, we’re actively working on solutions for bulk orders. If you're interested, don’t hesitate to reach out –– we’d love to explore options for our buddies!
